After a day or so of wearing the patch
MacRae decided that his eye was all better and that he didn't need it anymore. So Stu being the amazing Dad that he is told him it was his "Max Eye", and that it was cool just like Max, so he has been wearing it ever since. Max is a little boy in one of
MacRae's favorite books, "Where The Wild Things Are." We have been seeing the specialists at Primary
Children's Hospital twice a week now. Yesterday at our appointment the doctor told me that the bleeding has almost gone all the way away, and that Monday should be his last appointment. I nearly kissed the man, I was so excited. It has been so stressful to try and keep
MacRae less active (which he clearly isn't), and out drops in his eyes 6 times a day. I can't believe that it has already been a week today, and it is already getting better. We have been so blessed that this has gone as
smoothly as it has. Yes it does have a Yankees symbol drawn on it, would you expect anything less.
