Salt Lake County Fair

A neighbor had told us about the County Fair being in South Jordan so we decided to check it out.  It was a hot day, but something new to take the kids to.  Peyton just wanted Daddy and some snacks.

MacRae loved the petting zoo so much we had to do it twice.  You could buy carrots to feed the animals for a $1.  This was the best 2 bucks I have ever spent. 

The animals were very friendly, sometimes a little too friendly.  MacRae especially loved this little guy.  He kept following MacRae everywhere he went, and then jumped up for a closer look.  At first MacRae was a little taken back, but soon thought it was the funniest thing.

There were tons of carnival rides which are not my favorite, but how could I turned down that face.

Poor little Teags was sweating.

MacRae and Stu got to ride on Bone Crusher the Monster Truck.  It was super loud, but really cool.  It went over jumps and drove over some cars.  They were the only ones on there so they got a great ride just the two of them.

We ended the day by playing some games and riding a few rides.  MacRae absolutely loved all the animals and we will for sure be coming back next year.
