Peyton and Teagan 19 Months

The ladies turned 19 months this month.  Little Teagan is turning into a dare devil like her big brother.  She is terrified of strangers and things she is not familiar with, but when it comes anything fast or high she loves it.  We got this motorcycle from the Campbell's since they had outgrown it, and MacRae and Teagan can't get enough of it.  She loves to just cruise up and down the street with her big brother and cries when she has to get off.   She also loves to go Bye-Bye and asks every morning when she gets dressed.  Over the last few weeks she has started to become a Mommas girl, and I am loving it.
Another thing she loves is Lego guys.  She can find them anywhere they are hiding.  She loves to take their hats on and off.  She never does put them in her mouth just carries them around.  She loves to play with anything detail oriented.  Like putting things that go together, putting toys or clothes away in baskets, and any toys that have multiple parts.  She loves to help, and always wants to bring things to people.  She finds the remote and brings it to me, or takes Peyton her blanket or puppy.  She is so good at sharing, even though her sister takes her stuff a lot she is pretty patient.
Peyton's new thing this month is books.  She loves to look at them and try to find puppies.  She will bring us books and wants us to read them to her, and will even sit still for a few seconds.  She is so smart to remember which ones have puppies in them and what pages they are on.  When we are driving down the street she looks out the window and can find a puppy from a mile away.  She then just says "Hi Puppy" in a high pitch voice over and over again until we acknowledge it.
Little Petey has become quite the girl.  She is always up for a good time.  She is constantly doing funny things to make her sister laugh.  She says or makes random noises, or throws stuff and Teagan laughs so hard at her.  So she does it over and over.  She has developed a little sweet tooth over the holiday this month, so much we had to put our candy jar away in the closet so she couldn't see it.
It is amazing to me to see how these two interact with one another at such a young age.  They are so in tune with the other one, and have their little routines of things that they do together.  When one of them is sad the other one gets upset and concerned.  If you give something to one of them, they want another one to take to their sister.  We have discovered that we have to have two of everything or it is not worth having it at all.  The other thing I have noticed is that even though they have things that are them same but different colors they have a preference of which one they like.  I can see why people are so fascinated with twins they are very entertaining.  I just wish their fascinations wouldn't be when we are trying to pay for groceries or in a hurry.
All three of my kids love to be in the same bed.  Every Saturday morning MacRae goes in his sisters room first thing and puts them all in the same bed.  It is so cute to just listen to the three of them in there laughing and playing together.
