The weekend of the 4th we got up early and went to the Draper Parade with my family. It was perfect weather, so the girls were happy to be outside.

MacRae loved the parade. His favorite parts were the policemen on their motorcycles, the firetruck and the fact that people were throwing him candy.

After the parade we went over to Draper Days. MacRae of course had to ride the horses as soon as he saw them.
We also go to see some disgusting snakes. Grandpa Steve and MacRae were the only ones brave enough to touch them. It is so fun to take my kids to something that I have gone to since I was little.
